Guzzi 1100 Sport partial strip down.

And everything has been a battle - partially and seized bolts, drilling out and helicoils of a few, swing arm pivot bearings that fought to stay in place as did trying to remove the drivebox from the swingarm, a UJ that needed levering from the gearbox shaft and even the blanking plate for the distributor hole had to be drifted upwards and then levered off. Even the cyl. head and base gaskets were reluctant to come off. The frame etc is now at the powder coaters and the casings with the vapour blasters.

  1. Hi there. Nice customers man. Really like the wing mirrors from one of your bikes I saw online - https://bikebrewers.com/moto-guzzi-cafe-racer-by-moto-nero/ - any chance you can share where they are from?

Also, could you share any instructions if possible to get a single speed dial on a Guzzi V7 2012 as I know they have complications?

    Cheers Elliot

  2. Hi Elliot, That mirror was on a bike of mine built approx 9 years ago and I can't remember the make but seem to remember it was a branded Italian company. I actually got the mirror from a friend.
Sorry but I have no idea with regards the V7 as I've never worked with one.

    1. Hi John, Would you mind then possible taking a close up photo of the mirror if you still have that bike? Sometimes a google image search can bring something up - e.samuel08@gmail.com

Yeah np the search continues :)

      Thanks for the reply
